Experience Required
Qualifications:
- Experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates welcome!)
- PGA Professionals with a strong interest in joining the technology industry are also encouraged to apply
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software and hardware technologies
- Previous experience in a customer support or client-facing role is a plus
Essential Responsibilities

- Assist clients in setting up and configuring their Teesnap systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex client inquiries
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and knowledge base
